The Freq has released a new free drum kits for download Battery Pack. This free download includes 47 one shot sounds and drum samples as kicks, snares, claps, percussion, hi hats and many more. This sound can be used in creating your own music and is suitable for various modern music styles.
Hey there! This is The Freq writing this, and I want to present one of the latest and greatest innovations in sample pack technology! I’ve used state-of-the-art equipment worth at least a dollar to craft these samples, so that means you know they’re probably good! Or at least usable!
Fun facts: SFX06 is actually my cat purring, run through effects in Harmor! Cool, huh? And Perc05 is actually me saying “Eyyy!” I bet you wouldn’t have figured that one out!

The registration process is quick and completely free. Free Drum Kit by Tchakpoum – A free drum kit available for Shortcircuit, Groove Agent One, Drummagog, Battery 3 and Kontakt 4. Ruffrider and Easyrider by Michael Kingston – Two very useful packs. While Ruffrider is a very raw sounding kit, the Easyrider samples are less edgy and sound. Free Battery 4 Kits A customer recently wrote to ask how our loops could possibly work with both Native Instrument’s Battery 3 and Battery 4 given that their kits are mapped differently. The answer is that we’ve created GM (general MIDI) compatible kits for both versions. These kits are included in all paid products.
Kits created in the demo can only be loaded in an activated full version of BATTERY 4. The download links for Mac and PC versions will be sent to your email address.

Missing Kits?
If the user kits do not appear then they were not installed correctly or you forgot to scan the library!
'Missing' Samples Issue
For some reason, Battery 4 was designed to NOT scan its library by default when loading user kits. This results in the annoying “Missing Samples” message.
To fix this, look for the “Options” section (lower right), select “Apply to other Battery instances”. Now you’ll be able to load kits without the error message. This is only a temporary fix, however. You need to do it each time you create a new Battery session.
